GOD'S PROPERTY BASKETBALL

High School Exposure Travel Teams

The High School Exposure Program  is designed for those rising High School players that are already serious about basketball and have a desire to excel at their current level, as well as position themselves to play at the Collegiate Level.  This program normally requires the player to be committed to the program from March to May, and then regroup in July.  The reason for the gaps in the season are due to the fact that most High School coaches hold Summer Leagues and workouts during the month of June.  So we don't want to conflict with the High School coach's desire to have all rising Freshman and Upperclassmen available during this time period.

The mission of this program is to have our players participate in ultra-competitive exposure tournaments, WHENEVER, WHERE EVER.  This program is specifically designed to appeal to those rising HIGH school players (Grades 8 to 12) whose families are willing to invest both time and resources to further their players development, in preparation for the next level as a Top Level High School Basketball Player and College Prospect.

This is a travel basketball team, with a fair amount of out of town travel.  The season will consist of 6-8 tournaments. However the talent level of each teams will dictate the overall schedule.  Some teams will compete in a few exposure events and finish the season at the AAU National Championships, and some teams will compete exclusively at exposure tournaments.

As with all of our programs, player development is the foundation.   Every player in the Spring/Summer Travel Program will be tested using the state of art sensor basketball from 94Fifty.  The test results will provided a tailor made program for each player to help improve their dribbling and shooting skills.  The prescribed drills can be accessed and viewed over the web using your PC, laptop, IPad, or any other smart device with internet access.  And because the results and drills are web-based, we expect the player to take accountable for their development by accessing these great tools and work on the game at home.  We are extremely excited to provide this to our players and we are convinced it will help us advance in our mission of building a Better Basketball Player.

Our player development methodology, however, doesn't end with the 94Fifty testing.  D-DAY, as it is affectionately known, is a separate day dedicated to player improvement with hands on instruction from the GP coaching staff and other well respected professionals.  D-DAY is typically on Monday, when the athlete is at his/her freshest, both from a physical, mental and spiritual perspective.  The objective is to place emphasis on the player's weakness, enhance their strengths, witness the improvement during the team practices, and then stand in amazement as the hard work manifest itself on the court.   D-Day is provided FREE of charge for those players that are registered for High School Exposure Teams.
