Game #4

Wow! Another great game by team purple. There was a lot of energy out there today and the scoreboard showed it. It is amazing to see how fast Michael and Josh can run the floor! I am not sure if anyone could keep up with them. So much fun to watch.

Jaren finally broke out of his scoring "slump" today and scored 9 points for us. Alex had four points and Jacob, after taking a week off, scored 5 points.

There were several times when the kids should have taken a shot but instead looked to pass! This seems to be a growing trend for the team. I think this shows a great sharing mentality and wanting to get everyone involved. It also continues to reflect what we have been learning in practice. We have focused on passing until we have the open shot and sometimes we just want to pass. We will now begin to work on the shooting a bit more.
